IrelandA catastrophic experience so far: Help needed with each of first two orders, this one and 2nd one - but ALL emails sent to the email address given by them have been ignored by DS Laboratories . 1 First purchase took a week to arrive, parcel was damaged and an item missing - had to return - So far another week being returned to DS Laboratories by their courier (GLS) - And all emails sent to the email address given by them have been ignored by DS Laboratories . 2 Second order - was told "on the way" BUT 10 days later status remains not handed over by DS Laboratories to their courier GLS - Again all emails sent to the email address given by them have been ignored by DS Laboratories . So am out of pockets for 2 orders but have received neither - one is very slowly on the way back for replacement - the other hasn't yet been handed over by DS Laboratories 10 days after they said mailed to say it was "on the way" And most seriously all emails sent to the email address given by them have been ignored by DS Laboratories .
