Didnt really notice improvement
I normally use minoxidil and transcutol mix and this mix seems to work better and give thicker hair than the DNC although the DNC does make your head tingle for a while which is nice

My product has yet to arrive after placing the order on March 31. It is April 14 and I did not receive it. After the order was placed I never received an email confirmation. They are using Shopify platform so I'm not sure why they are not sending out emails after an order is placed. See copy of bank payment transaction: https://snipboard.io/IyuRki.jpg After 2 weeks I went to the website https://dslaboratories.eu/ and tried to reset my password and I did not receive anything in my inbox (checked Spam folder). So I wrote to customer service that I did not receive my product. I gave them all information such as credit card info, my first and last name, and they still claim that they did not "find my purchase" . They are only wanting to find the email that was on the account - so I did not remember which one I used so now finally I gave them this email that I actually am receiving this proof of purchase. Overall, customer service needs to be fixed because eCommerce companies can easily find orders based on first / last name / last 4 digit of credit card. They do not have to only rely on the email address.
